Visiting Hours
Our visiting hours are designed to be flexible to accommodate the needs of both our patients and their families.
Close family and next of kin can visit at any time, dependant on the patient’s wishes. All other visitors are welcome daily between 2pm and 8pm.
We ask visitors to be mindful that we will need to undertake care delivery, as much of this work is completed during the morning, afternoons are more suitable for social visits. We also ask that visitors be aware that many of our patients need periods of rest.
We do welcome pets – after all, they are part of your family too! You will need to speak to one of our team to arrange a visit from a fluffy companion.
All visitors are required to sign in on arrival using our system and sign out on leaving.
We recognise that some situations require special arrangements. Please speak with our staff to make any necessary arrangements. We strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
