We welcome all feedback, whether positive or constructive, and view it as an important opportunity to learn and improve our services. Sharing your experiences, no matter how big or small, helps us continue delivering the highest standard of care to our community.

If you’ve had a positive experience or someone has made a meaningful difference, we would love to hear about it. We also value comments and suggestions, as your ideas help shape and develop the way we provide our services. If something has not met your expectations, please let us know so we can address any concerns and work to resolve the issue.

All feedback is treated seriously and managed with sensitivity and confidentiality.

Making a Complaint

We understand that raising a concern can feel difficult, but we are here to listen. If you wish to make a formal complaint:

  • We will acknowledge your complaint promptly

  • We will investigate thoroughly and fairly

  • We will keep you informed throughout

  • We will explain the outcome clearly

Our aim is always to resolve issues quickly and learn from them.
