Each ticket costs just £5 per month, giving you a chance to win huge rollover jackpots and 102 guaranteed monthly prizes, whilst helping us remain sustainable for the future. That means that we can continue to provide our services to those who need them, when they need them, completely free of charge.

There will be 102 guaranteed prizes each month as detailed below. There is additionally a £2000 rollover prize available to be won each month with a minimum jackpot of £2000, rolling over each month until won, up to a maximum jackpot of £10,000. Once the maximum limit is reached the rollover jackpot will be made a guaranteed prize in the next available monthly draw.

There is a £2000 rollover prize available to be won each month with a minimum jackpot of £2000, rolling over each month until won, up to a maximum jackpot of £10,000. Once the maximum limit is reached the rollover jackpot will be made a guaranteed prize in the next available monthly draw.

Our draws take place on the third Wednesday of every month.

The simplest method of participating in our monthly draws is to set up a regular monthly direct debit. Alternatively, you can pay upfront by debit or credit card for any number of draws you wish. Complete our online sign up form and simply select your preferred payment method. 

Unlike other lotteries, every penny of profit (approximately 83p of every £1 - as at January 2026) raised by the Hospice Lottery goes directly to supporting patient care. So even if your numbers don’t come up, you know that by simply entering the draw you’ve done something incredible for someone who really needs it.

No, your lottery number(s) will be electronically chosen at random. The number(s) will be unique to you and will remain the same for the duration of your membership.

Every number in the monthly draws has around a 1 in 40 chance of winning a prize in each draw (figures correct as of January 2026).

All winners are contacted by telephone immediately following each draw. A list of winners will be available on our website, social media channels and sent to our email subscribers within 24 hours of each draw.

The winning numbers each month are selected by electronic random number generator software.

Yes, all players must be 16 years or over. It is an offence for anyone under the age of 16 to participate in any form of gambling, including lotteries, raffle and scratchcards.
