Bereavement Support
Training is open to both Clinical and non-clinical staff.
Losing a loved one is one of life's most difficult experiences, and grief affects everyone differently. This course provides a compassionate and supportive space to navigate the complexities of bereavement. Through guided discussions, therapeutic activities, and practical coping strategies, participants will gain insight into the grieving process and find ways to honor their loss while moving toward healing.
Whether you are a friend, family member, caregiver, or professional, this course will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to provide compassionate support during life's most difficult times.

Recognise that loss and bereavement can be both normal and complicated
Understand the theories and models related to loss, grief and bereavement.
Consider anticipatory grief and pre bereavement reactions.
