National Volunteers Week 2024
This week is National Volunteers Week, so it gives us the opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU to each and every person who gives their time to help us in any way they can.
Our incredible volunteers save us over £830,000 a year in everything that they do, and this comes from around 435 individual people.
In 2023, 69,365 hours in total were volunteered for us!
The theme for volunteering week 2024 is 'Uniquely Us' so we thought it would be perfect to hear from a few of our volunteers to find out why they volunteer for us, and what it means to them. Thank you to each and every volunteer - we truly appreciate you.

Upcoming events
Throughout the year, we will have themed afternoon teas in Elaine’s Café. Further information can be found here. We provide range of themed savoury and sweet treats, plus hot drinks. Both our Christmas and Valentine’s themed afternoon teas were thoroughly enjoyed by those who attended.
