Tae Bo
As part of her “Fit for 40” campaign, Lindsay Leece is taking part in one event each month of her 40th year, to raise money for Hospice.
For August, the last month of the campaign, it’s Tae Bo with Donna from Fit For You and you are all invited!
Take part, do a bit or just watch and support your pals for a suggested £5 donation. This fundraiser will still happen come rain or shine, so dust off that gym kit, bring your pals and come and join in!

Throughout the year, we will have themed afternoon teas in Elaine’s Café. Further information can be found here. We provide range of themed savoury and sweet treats, plus hot drinks. Both our Christmas and Valentine’s themed afternoon teas were thoroughly enjoyed by those who attended.
