Your Hospice, Your Way is a nine week independence and wellbeing programme, delivering hospice influenced care in a community setting. Open to people on the Island with life-limiting conditions or palliative care needs, their families and carers. To find out more about the programme please visit here.
Session 8 - Digital Upskilling
Utmost Wealth have kindly offered their service in assisting us with Digital Upskilling so for this session bring your smart phones, tablets or laptops and they will help with any issues you are having and help in introducing you in new ways to keep in touch with loved ones. This has been especially important during the pandemic.

Throughout the year, we will have themed afternoon teas in Elaine’s Café. Further information can be found here. We provide range of themed savoury and sweet treats, plus hot drinks. Both our Christmas and Valentine’s themed afternoon teas were thoroughly enjoyed by those who attended.
