Your Hospice, Your Way - Setting personal, achievable goals
Your Hospice, Your Way is a nine week independence and wellbeing programme, delivering hospice influenced care in a community setting. Open to people on the Island with life-limiting conditions or palliative care needs, their families and carers. To find out more about the programme please visit here.
Session 1 - Setting personal, achievable goals
This week will be an introduction and overview to the next 8 sessions. We will be speaking about what you want from the programme and what goals you wish to set either in respect of the programme or in your day to day life how we can help you achieve these and help overcome any obstacles that may be in your way.

Throughout the year, we will have themed afternoon teas in Elaine’s Café. Further information can be found here. We provide range of themed savoury and sweet treats, plus hot drinks. Both our Christmas and Valentine’s themed afternoon teas were thoroughly enjoyed by those who attended.
